Today, we approach the customer through new technologies to offer a better service, with a compliant design and the right innovation to differentiate us from our competitors.

The activity that Gatell considers conforms to the required quality according to the International Standard ISO 9001:2015 is:
Design, manufacture and commercialization of materials for potable and sanitary water installation.
The Policy statement includes as guidelines:
  • 1. Comply with the explicit and implicit demands, requirements and expectations of our clients as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
  • 2. Transmit all our values and quality criteria to our clients and other interested parties, as well as achieve the objectives to continue with the continuous improvement of the company.
  • 3. Innovate in valve systems, especially to prevent fraud by developing anti-fraud products.
  • 4. Ensure that working conditions are optimal by evaluating the risks that may occur in the processes, eliminating them as much as possible and reducing those evaluated.
  • 5. Knowing, on the part of the staff, the product, very specific and technical, as well as the sector.
  • 6. Foster and achieve a motivating, participatory environment for all members of the company.
  • 7. Meet customer deadlines thanks to our stock management.
  • 8. Be respectful of the environment, conserving resources and trying to minimize waste and energy consumption.
The Policy is kept up to date through periodic reviews, coinciding with management reviews of the system, in order to take into account changes in environmental conditions and information received. In this sense, the Management provides and will provide all the human, technical and economic means necessary to achieve the objectives and goals that are established programmatically and periodically.
